Youth Soccer Coach
Hansa Soccer Academy is looking for youth soccer coaches starting Indoor 2011/2012. We are based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. but have academies all over the Chicago area.
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will have the ability to communicate and organize practices. Knowledge of fundamental coaching technique as well as sports playing rules is required. Candidate must have the ability to work with people and motivate others to improve performance. Individual will assist the Director of Coaching in all aspects of the program, including coaching, game preparation, coordination of special events, and any other duties assigned.
Qualifications: We are looking for coaches with at least 2 years prior experience coaching in youth/club soccer and appropriate coaching qualifications with a minimum “C” license and above.

A Typical Day at Camp
9:30 am - 10 am warm-up
10:00 am - 11:30 Ball-Mastery working on foot skills as dribbling, passing, shooting, volley, drop-kick, trapping, ball handling, juggling, positioning, crossing, 1 on 1 attacking, 1 on 1 defending
11:30 am - 12:30 pm small sided games, explaining strategies and tactics, using skills learned in the morning
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm lunch
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm relaxing with soccer dvd or movies
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm internal world cup games
4:00 pm pick-up
The pick up time from the camp is 4pm sharp. Please note, after 4pm parents or guardians are liable and responsible for their children as there will not be any Hansa staff members present after the camp has ended. In case of an emergency call 773-366-6640.
